About the Position

We are seeking a skilled High-Level Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at Aston Carter. This is a fully onsite position located in CAMP HILL,PA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and order entry, customer service, quote preparation, vendor management, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Order Entry: Opening customer orders and work orders, answering phones, creating professional reports, filing information electronically and physically.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional support to customers, responding to queries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote Preparation: Obtaining quotes for equipment rentals and miscellaneous parts required for each job.
  • Vendor Management: Establishing new suppliers via the New Vendor Approval process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of scheduling or order entry experience (may be substituted for customer service experience if relative to position).
  • ERP experience.
  • Customer support skills.
  • Procurement administration expertise.
