Optical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Manager to lead our Vision Center team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Ensure accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and in-stock inventory levels
• Model and enforce customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are met
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
• Ensure the provision of quality eyewear and maintain optical equipment

• Completion of 2 or more years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of general work experience including 1 year of optical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
