Laboratory Phlebotomist

As a Laboratory Phlebotomist at Pathology Laboratories, Inc, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of healthcare in our communities.

• Support the Phlebotomy Supervisor in achieving departmental goals and objectives, including training and monitoring staff.
• Travel as needed to multiple phlebotomy worksite locations to provide services efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer-focused service to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages with precision and accuracy.
• Collect and prepare non-blood specimens according to established protocols.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering to maintain high-quality results.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control measures to uphold industry standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record for the past three years is necessary for travel.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer and data entry skills are essential.
• Bonus points if you have 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing, or certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.

• An estimated annual salary range of $65,000 - $80,000, based on location and experience.
