Rick Villarreal StaffMyAgency is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing insurance quotes and making sales presentations
- Establishing client relationships and following up with clients
- Developing ongoing networking relationships
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Developing new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Enthusiasm and belief in the role of insurance and financial products in people's lives
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Able to open doors and get appointments from a cold start
