Culinary Director for High-Volume Restaurant

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision care, wellness programs, 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and company holidays. Job DescriptionThis high-profile Executive Chef role manages all aspects of back-of-house operations, including ordering, inventory, staff training and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. They must ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, recipe compliance, and food quality are implemented.
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
- Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of basic management experience
- 3 years of basic functional experience
