Senior Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with life skills, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Work collaboratively with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
Requirements:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
