Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with dealership personnel, including sales, service, and parts teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on dealership promotions, events, and news to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) abilities a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
