Administrative Coordinator for Office Efficiency

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our office. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team.
Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and data entry, to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless operations.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain records, files, and spreadsheets, utilizing knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customer, staff, and company information, adhering to the highest standards of discretion.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work, demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in composing, typing, and entry of materials.
- Answer multi-line phones, providing exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
