Hospice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team at LHC Group. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Hospice, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
- Assist the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
- Assist the patient with daily activities and encourage appropriate self-care daily

Requirements:
- Associate Degree or certification equivalent
- Unrestricted licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification required
