About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Prepaid Funeral Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

As a Prepaid Funeral Sales Professional, you will work closely with families in your community to help them plan ahead for their funeral wishes. You will be responsible for meeting with families, listening to their needs, and guiding them through the process of pre-planning their funerals.

This role offers a unique blend of personal fulfillment and professional growth. With Funeral Directors Life, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, receive industry-leading training, and develop your skills in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with families in your community to discuss their funeral planning needs
  • Guide families through the process of pre-planning their funerals
  • Provide education and support to families on funeral planning options
  • Work collaboratively with our sales management team to achieve sales goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • ARKANSAS Life Insurance License (highly preferred)
  • FUNERAL Industry experience (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and uncapped commissions, making this a lucrative opportunity for those who excel in sales. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
