About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at INSPYR Solutions.

Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members in solution designs and work breakdowns
  • Participate in all phases of solution delivery, from conceptualization to deployment
  • Assist in defining the vision and roadmap of technology-based solutions for our development group
  • Design new software and solutions or extensive software revisions to existing systems
  • Create high-level architectural specifications and address problems of systems integration and compatibility
  • Mentor development roles by guiding them through architectural principles, solution design, and best practices
  • Evangelize and evolve development and design standards and best practices
  • Communicate and work alongside members of your team to support their day-to-day work items
  • Work with business partners to ensure alignment between the ask and the output
  • Perform peer reviews and sign-off for other team member's work to ensure adherence to defined architectural standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of previous development experience in .NET or Java
  • 3-5 years of experience with business analysis and systems design
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role (principal engineer, tech lead, team lead, architect, etc.)
  • Certifications: Azure or AWS Solution Architect preferred or acquired within first 12 months of the role
  • SAFe Architect preferred or acquired within first 12 months of the role
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
    • Software Development: Strong background in software development and familiarity with multiple programming languages and frameworks
    • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams or enable other leaders
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
