Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide benefits that enhance your work-life balance and support your career growth, including:

Job Description

In this role, you will be assigned to a facility or facilities in your local community, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-person assessments, providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and offering essential behavioral management services. We understand the importance of geriatric-focused training and continuous professional development, which is why we provide ongoing consultation with our experienced team of clinicians.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in psychology and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients.

Location

This position is located in Hampton Roads South, VA, serving communities such as Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach.
