Job Description

The Clinical Support Representative plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Order Management: Manage new orders from initiation to setup, ensuring timely delivery of patient services.
  • Billing and Setup: Prepare and analyze billing and setup paperwork for patient services, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to existing patients, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, product information, and patient needs to recommend relevant solutions to management.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $14.50 - $23 per hour, based on location and experience.
