National Sales Director

Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to drive growth and advance strategic objectives. This dynamic role will play a key part in developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding the sales team to success.
The National Sales Director will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure the company's sales and business development goals are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in service, remanufacturing, installation, and other product areas.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Leading and attending sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and trade shows to drive business growth.
- Traveling with the sales team to develop client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Preparing client documents, such as proposals, service agreements, and scopes of work, ensuring consistency in branding.
- Managing the sales pipeline, keeping records updated and accurate.
- Working closely with Sales Enablement to improve operations planning and efficiency.
- Effectively hiring, managing, and developing a sales team to achieve budget and growth goals.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing with a successful track record in managing sales teams.
- Experience in the retail or distribution sectors is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build both internal and external partnerships.
- Strategic planning and business development skills.
- Ability to enhance operations and improve collaboration between business lines.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English and Spanish required).
Travel: Up to 30% travel may be required to visit clients and attend trade shows or sales meetings.
