We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cascades at Riverwalk, a beautiful skilled nursing facility in Midvale, UT. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Order and administer medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Notify residents' physicians and family members of any changes in their condition.
  • Administer professional nursing practice services, including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, and changing of dressings.
  • Monitor and observe residents with serious illnesses.
  • Advocate for residents and ensure that other healthcare team members provide care according to their care plan and personal wishes.
  • Accurately complete necessary charting in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding long-term care.
