Sales Representative

At Community Coffee, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying market growth opportunities and securing new Office Coffee Service, Food Service, and Convenience Store accounts within an established territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
- Develop a prospect list from business directories, trade associations, and other available sources
- Drive company or personal vehicle between company and customer or potential customer locations to perform job duties
- Gain a thorough understanding of client business through customer needs analysis and recommend creative solutions
- Present company offerings through product demonstrations and sales proposals, including price quotes
- Collaborate with internal departments on new products and offerings, promotions, pricing strategy, and distribution
- Coordinate smooth customer setup and transition to regular route service based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules
- Record activity and submit reporting through CRM system, leveraging CRM data for
- Participate in trade shows and special events to promote the company's products and services
- Stay informed of market trends and competitive position in the industry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of outside sales and cold calling experience

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Frequently required to sit and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
