Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management service matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, support contract negotiations, and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and conduct market research to understand client needs.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of service delivery, address client queries, and develop client service improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and address client queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed.
