Substance Abuse Recovery Housing Program Assistant

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) is a leading provider of comprehensive substance abuse treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Housing Program Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This position will provide essential support in managing housing operations, ensuring the effective placement of residents, and collaborating with clinical staff to create a supportive environment for individuals in recovery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of substance abuse recovery principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the recovery home remains free from prohibited items and substances.
  • Respond to incidents at the recovery home, address resident concerns, and complete necessary reports.
  • Monitor resident progress and adherence to program guidelines.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with Level 2 and 3 residents to review and discuss their recovery plans.
  • Organize and coordinate resident moves between recovery homes.
  • Provide orientation to new residents moving into the recovery home.
  • Regularly inspect the property and maintain a substance-free environment.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in substance abuse recovery or supportive housing.
  • CDCA certification.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Must pass BCI check, Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
  • Age 25 years or older.

  • $24-$30 per hour based on experience.
