About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist - Merchandise Operations to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard. In this role, you will play a crucial part in representing our brand and creating engaging customer experiences.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, have strong organizational skills, and can establish effective relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for servicing stores within your assigned territory, maintaining high levels of product placement and inventory management.
  • You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product displays and maintain visual appeal.
  • On occasion, you may be required to service another vendor's product in a store assigned to you.
Work Environment

This position requires you to work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, with regular travel between locations.

Physical Requirements
  • You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • You should be able to stand for long periods, stoop, squat, walk, and climb stairs as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Be able to operate hand-held technology to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • Have access to a Wi-Fi network and internet connection.
  • Have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
