As a People Operations Coordinator at CORE:, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. You will also assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and other people-focused tasks to help create an exceptional partner experience.


Responsibilities & Duties:
  • You will assist in weekly payrolls for all partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, garnishments, and tax-related information.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate and support CORE: learning sessions, partner Growth & Development Conversations, and other People & Culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all People & Culture-related laws, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Assist with compiling data for audits and other regulatory requirements.
  • Scan, upload, and file documents into appropriate employee files and/or People & Culture files
  • Assists with leave of absence administration and benefits process, including but not limited to, answering questions, providing support during open enrollment, assisting with leave process
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Bi-lingual in English, Spanish preferred.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
