Emergency Department Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join their team for a 13-week assignment in a reputable hospital in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current RN licensure in North Dakota.
- One to three years of experience in Emergency Department nursing, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
