About the Role

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse I is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety: Provide safe and effective patient care by using best practices during hand-off communication and reporting patient care information.
  • Clinical Assessments: Perform and document systematic assessments according to established criteria and recognize abnormal diagnostic data.
  • Caring & Code of Conduct: Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff, treating them with courtesy and respect.
  • Critical Thinking: Utilize theoretical knowledge base to operationalize care and make informed decisions.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation reflecting hospital, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • 0 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lift, move, and load 30-50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends).
