WellSky is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of our software solutions for clients. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of our product. You will analyze the client's current state and determine how our software can be leveraged to meet their unique needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee requirements gathering sessions, guiding comprehensive analysis of current software workflows, designs, and mapping processes to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive executive client meetings by using strategic insights on business workflows to influence modifications for leveraging the software capabilities.
  • Lead client engagements and serve as an advisor for complex requests, offering expert-level consultation on software customizations and configurations, leveraging advanced features to optimize user experience.
  • Develop and deliver advanced training sessions for designated client members on intricate software functionalities, tailoring the approach to accommodate diverse user needs.
  • Resolve software issues or identify the root cause of extensive problems that require technical teams to intervene and offer a reasonable solution.
  • As a subject matter expert on software updates and features, provide and/or oversee mentorship to other consultants on the team and train new hires.
  • Proactively identify and present innovative opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness within the implementation lifecycle.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years related work experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a close team/collaborative setting as well as independently.
  • Solid ability to manage projects/tasks that are delivered on time and meet expectations.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with WellSky Personal Care Software and/or experience with private duty home care delivery, agency operations.
  • Proven track record of consulting experience for high-growth companies and understanding of Professional Services operation models.
  • Background in home care agency operational assessments, optimizations, and audits.
  • Ability to lead/manage teams and/or initiatives as assigned.
  • Compliance and regulatory risk background is a plus.
