Position Summary: We have an opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse-Infusion, Cancer Center-Cobble Hill *Experience Required* to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide patient-centered care based on established NYUHC Patient Care and Nursing Standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze unit level quality data and participate in improvement efforts to achieve organizational goals within the quality and safety performance improvement plan.
  • Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive patient-centered plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Prioritize care based on data collected and direct the coordination of patient care in a safe, timely, and appropriate manner.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health status and established plans of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to modify expected outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $168,114 annually.
