Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Specialist to join our team as a Senior Territory Representative - Respiratory Solutions. This role will be responsible for managing the business within Columbus, OH, detailing customers including Pulmonologists, Primary Care Physicians, Allergists, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and Nurses.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the medical industry, specifically in Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Hospital settings. A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred, along with at least 4 years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or medical sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the business within Columbus, OH, ensuring excellent customer relationships and driving sales growth
  • Detailed selling skills and product knowledge, with a focus on Grifols' alpha-one augmentation therapy
  • Business/territory management, including analyzing account and physician sales data to create territory tactical plans
  • Corporate compliance, adhering to Company and Industry rules

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical industry, specifically in Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Hospital settings
  • Respiratory and Primary care experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree (Life Sciences or similar preferred)
  • Candidate may have advanced degrees (MBA a plus)
