Job Summary

The Corporate Group Controller is responsible for leading business case analysis for larger programs, company cross-business unit projects, plant loading, and projects related to process and training for plant operations finance. This role is directly responsible for the company business case model, capital plan, productivity process, and system projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs cross-functional and cross-region resources in executing the departmental and organizational strategies connected to financial performance.
  • Manages associate outcomes by training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and correcting behaviors as needed.
  • Ensures adherence to standards, budgets, and departmental goals/operational objectives.
  • Establishes an environment to motivate others and to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Meets finance operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
