Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Support Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions, and communicate this information to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
