Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will manage and lead cross-functional teams, oversee all aspects of project implementation, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough project take-offs to ensure accurate estimates and timelines.
  • Source and procure materials efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate with installers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain clear and direct communication with site supervisors and general contractors.
  • Manage project materials and logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and making decisions as necessary.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management in flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • 100% focused on a winning attitude.
  • Experience in flooring, cabinets, and countertops (marble and granite).
