Requirements:

  • Simplified Issue Products: We offer a range of simplified issue products that eliminate medical underwriting requirements, making it easier for our clients to secure life insurance coverage.
  • Fixed Indexed Annuities: Our training and support programs ensure that you are equipped to sell fixed indexed annuities confidently and effectively.
  • Free Leads: We provide access to free leads, including survey leads, digital e-leads, and employee lists, to help you generate new business opportunities.
  • Government Allotment Business: As a Federal Benefit Specialist, you will work with government agencies to offer premium-paid life insurance solutions to their employees.
  • Exclusive Territories: After meeting minimum performance requirements, you will be awarded exclusive territories to expand your business and increase earning potential.

Your Schedule:

We expect our Federal Benefit Specialists to commit at least 35 hours per week to their work. This includes a mix of office days for team meetings and training, as well as running appointments and presentations throughout the week. You can schedule up to 10 appointments per week and deliver 6-8 presentations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Life Insurance License: You must hold an active life insurance license to qualify for this role.
  • No Vectors or Delinquent Tax Debts: A clean credit history and no outstanding tax debts are required.
