**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Fabricator and Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment, including sheet metal shears, brakes, saws, and machining centers. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality products according to blueprints, standard work instructions, and work schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following standard procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and resolve issues
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance on equipment and tools
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the MRP system and maintain inventory records
  • Participate in facility 5S and Lean initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce waste

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse environments preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, standard work instructions, and engineered documentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and safety
  • Basic computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office
