Overview

Anecdotes is a pioneering startup in the Compliance Automation space, dedicated to empowering GRC teams with actionable data.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive client growth and retention.

About Us

A B-round founded in June 2020, Anecdotes helps enterprises collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, providing continuous visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

We believe credible, visible, and actionable data should be the foundation of every GRC team's decision-making process.

Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Anticipate client needs, provide proactive guidance, and offer solutions to enhance compliance processes.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on effective use of our tools.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
  • Gather client feedback, analyze trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve our products and services.
  • Monitor client health, mitigate risks, and strategize to ensure high retention rates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably as a CSM in the GRC field.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of compliance regulations.
  • Experience with hitting retention targets.
  • Familiarity with compliance software and risk management practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to find solutions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated approach to identifying opportunities for driving client success.
  • English - Native level.
