About Us
Richmond Beverage Solutions, a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment as well as utility-related systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including regular inspections and troubleshooting, to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Read and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, and service manuals to perform required maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and assist operators with training or troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
