Salary Range:
$85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:
The Senior Carpenter Foreman will oversee work activities and work alongside Carpenters as assigned. This role involves planning work schedules, determining workforce needs, material qualities, construction equipment requirements, and crew training needs. The successful candidate must be capable of performing primary and routine job duties, including signaling cranes, directing concrete placement, handling vibrating situations, inspecting work for conformance to specifications, and ensuring work is performed safely in various weather conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two years of related work experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to exert heavy physical effort and frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
