Job Summary

JGS Lifecare, a Legacy Lifecare Affiliate, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will provide support to our Human Resources department, including onboarding and hiring, data entry and records management, compliance, payroll processes, benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to the organization, including onboarding and hiring, data entry and records management, compliance, payroll processes, benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits, compensation, and related HR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, ADP, payroll/timekeeping tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
