This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Occupational Medicine unit as a Clinical Support Associate.

As a Clinical Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our community through various responsibilities, including:
- Conducting clinical and administrative tasks to support the Occupational Medicine unit in the clinic and at outreach events.
- Providing accurate information regarding test preparations, patient arrival times, and other necessary directions.
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing cancellations, reschedules, and additions to schedules.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and forms essential for screening equipment.

Key qualifications for this role include:
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
