Job Overview

As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Neogen Care, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for a guaranteed base salary, competitive per visit rates, and performance incentives. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including paid vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • FOLLOWING START OF CARE PLANS: You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • PROVIDING TREATMENT AND DISCHARGE: You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support throughout their recovery.
  • WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE CLINICAL TEAM: You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient care outcomes, including wound care, medication administration, and discharge planning.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of an Associate degree (or higher) in Nursing
  • A current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • A minimum of 1 year RN experience in an institutional setting, such as acute care, rehab, hospital, or home health/hospice
