Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Oconomowoc, WI. As a CNA with Brighton Hospice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including personal hygiene, bathroom assistance, and physical activity
  • Report changes in patient condition or environment to the attending nurse/RN
  • Support patient teaching and other procedures based on patient plans of care
  • Prepare and submit documentation of observations, findings, and services provided
  • Administer emergency first aid when needed

Requirements
  • Valid CNA certification required
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation in order to travel to patient locations
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete patient charting on a daily basis
