Orthopaedic Access Operations Lead

h3Job Description/h3pIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Patient Access department. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle the demands of their positions./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliAssist in monitoring staff performance through daily reports and dashboards, making necessary corrections to ensure timely, accurate, and professional work./liliProvide backup support during high-volume periods, covering call-outs and scheduled time off./liliTrain new department employees, working closely with supervisors to create and maintain training materials./liliCollaborate with supervisors and managers to train existing employees on new programs and processes./liliEscalate concerns and take ownership of resolution, keeping supervisors informed of any issues./liliProcess cancellation requests and reschedule appointments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures./li/ulpbAbout You:/b/pulliCandidate must be a High School Graduate./liliMust have 3-5 years' experience in a medical field with Patient Access skills in Registration, Scheduling, Insurance Benefit or Authorization background./liliMust be multi-tasked, organized, display a positive attitude with positive thinking and be self-motivated./liliMust be comfortable training new staff./liliExcellent written, interpersonal oral communication skills./liliStrong attention to detail and able to problem solve./li/ulpemAt Orthopaedic Solutions Management, we strive to provide world-class orthopedic care to our patients.
