About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the standardization of clinical practices across our network. This role involves analyzing current systems, planning efficient implementation of clinical standards, and collaborating with training staff to measure integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to visualize growth and potential of our ABA program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current organizational clinical practices and align them with best practices
  • Lead the development and standardization of clinical quality procedures
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems
  • Systematically implement clinical standards and systems and collaborate with other training staff to measure integrity
  • Support the growth of new regions by incorporating clinical standards to scale
  • Collaborate with training team to ensure scalable clinical training and professional development for clinical staff
  • Utilize clinical outcomes frameworks to support the clinical outcomes of clients
  • Reduce idiosyncratic treatment and service delivery by BCBAs
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in ABA, with extensive knowledge of advanced ABA principles, practices, and ethical standards
  • 5+ years supervising BCBA-level employees
  • Proficiency with business software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record
  • Able to travel 60% of the time to MA, PA, NJ, DE, RI, CT

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
