We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at BayMark Health Services in Elyria, OH. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals struggling with opioid use disorder.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a qualified professional with a strong background in addiction medicine and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and treating patients with opioid use disorder using evidence-based protocols
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Ohio
  • At least 6 months of experience working in MAT or addiction medicine
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
