Relationship Banker

At First Horizon Bank, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key contact for our clients, you will work to deepen their relationships and provide personalized banking and advice. You will utilize your product knowledge, expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to help clients achieve their financial goals and support the teller line as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Opening accounts and supporting other bank products and services
• Identify client needs and inform/sell products to clients
• Support teller line as needed
• Assist / support clients with loan applications
• Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls
• Assist with on-the-job training of new associates

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
