About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will perform assigned laboratory tests in specialty departments, including Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology. Your primary duties will include complex analysis of microscopic, immunologic, biologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical tests and their results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
  • Troubleshoot/resolve instrument problems and document corrective action.
  • Assure quality control is properly performed and logged.
  • Train new employees and/or students.
  • Participate in phlebotomy and accession responsibilities.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Technologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Sciences or a related field. The ideal candidate will have MT registry or be eligible for it, with successful completion within 6 months of eligibility or hire. ASCP certification is preferred.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
