About this Role

We are seeking an Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division at Wells Fargo Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing suitable products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
  • Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
