Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at a top-ranked hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleAs a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients on the Medical-Surgical floor. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those who are experiencing acute illness or injury, as well as those who require ongoing management of chronic conditions. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients on the Medical-Surgical floor
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
