**Job Summary**

As an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department. Your clinical expertise and passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes will make a significant impact on our patients' lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in emergency medicine* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine as a nurse practitioner* Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS* CA state license (a plus)* Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team*
