We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at SkinSpirit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the tone of the clinic and managing the team and clinic operations through the lens of our culture and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industry, with a proven track record of managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent to achieve high performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage all aspects of clinic daily operations, including organizing workflow, optimizing schedules, addressing client feedback, inventory management, revenue performance, and other administrative duties
  • Support staff development through 1:1 touch-bases, Individual Development Plans, coaching, and training/development
  • Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and level of service

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly desired; 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industry
  • Experience managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent to achieve high performance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent computer and phone skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn about new technologies
