Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your duties will include positioning patients for CT scans, setting equipment controls, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment
  • Set equipment controls and monitor patient and equipment
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images appropriately
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions

Requirements:

  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
