MOHs Medical Assistant/Surgical Tech Job Description

We are Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care, a leading dermatology practice in the Greater Houston area, seeking a highly skilled MOHs Medical Assistant/Surgical Tech to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to support our MOHs surgeon in a fast-paced environment. As a MOHs Medical Assistant/Surgical Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting with surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the MOHs surgeon with surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for patients.
  • Provide top-notch patient care, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Travel to our various clinics across Houston, providing excellent support to our MOHs surgeon and team.
  • Collaborate with our surgery team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous MOHs surgery experience required.
  • Registered, Certified, or experienced MA preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers.
