Clinical Operations Manager for Surgical Services and Sustainability

HealthTrust, a leading group purchasing organization, is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager for Surgical Services and Sustainability to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the HealthTrust Clinical Advisory Boards and Specialty Committees, providing clinical input into the sourcing process and performing critical functions such as product evaluations, new technology assessments, and contract implementation.

Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Manager will collaborate with sourcing and internal stakeholders to establish strategic and operational objectives, operating the board in alignment with those objectives. You will support Board Directors with activity of the various boards and committees as assigned, conducting critical conversations on confidential information to gain alignment and assess root cause of member and supplier issues.

This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in surgical services. Understanding and/or participation in value analysis and hospital sustainability programs are also preferred. As a subject matter expert, you will provide support to advisory boards, sourcing teams, global sourcing, and other HealthTrust departments.

Responsibilities
  • Support Board Directors with activity of the various boards and committees as assigned
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services team to determine appropriate clinical support tools
  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing support to advisory boards, sourcing team, global sourcing, and other HealthTrust departments
  • Support sourcing and educational activities at conference calls and meetings

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, life insurance, retirement plan matching, and education assistance.
