Job Summary: Infosys is seeking an experienced Aerospace Stress Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in stress analysis of aero structures, nacelles, and EBU systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform static, fatigue, and dynamic stress analysis for aero structures
  • Use classical hand calculation approaches to analyze primary and secondary structures
  • Provide technical solutions from conceptual to detailed design stages
  • Participate in review meetings with clients, customers, and suppliers
  • Generate and review engineering stress reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry as a Stress Engineer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stress analysis of aero structures, nacelles, and EBU systems
  • Experience with finite element methods for load extraction and solving complex engineering problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in metallic and composite structural analysis
  • Experience with load, stress calculations, and preparing technical reports
  • Experience with finite element analysis tools (Nastran, Patran)
  • Experience with static, fatigue, and damage tolerance calculations
